Most stories have happy endings, but this one doesn’t. Violet, the oldest, likes to make machines and hopes to be an inventor in the future. Clous, reads almost every day. He learns a lot and can answer almost every question you ask him. Sunny, the youngest of the three orphans, loves to bite things. She has very sharp teeth that can almost destroy anything. They were happy in their family until they went to the beach only to hear the horrible news that their parents died in a fire, and they are orphans now. They get sent to Count Olaf. He has one eyebrow and has an eye on his ankle and the intention of getting the fortune that their parents left behind after they died. The orphans escape from him after almost being worked to death. They constantly switch from guardian to guardian. All of the guardians died because Count Olaf killed them. After a while they learn about V.F.D and a secret organization. What is V.F.D? What is the secret organization? Will the orphans survive? I think that a person who likes mystery and tragedies would like this book By, Pablo 6^th period

Marley was the world’s worst behaved dog. When John Grogan and his wife adopted Marley, a yellow lab, they thought they were getting a sweet, calm puppy. However, Marley was nowhere near what they expected. He would ruin everything in the house before their very own eyes! One time, the Grogans even tried putting him in the garage while they had gone out. Marley had gotten terrified because there had been a thunderstorm and somehow gotten into the house. The Grogans came back in a little shock with finding that Marley had gotten himself into the house. This book is funny, and anybody who loves dogs won’t be able to put this book down! A young mouse named Matthias has to go on an adventure to get the legendary sword, shield, and scabbard of Martin the Warrior so he can save Redwall Abby from the evil Cluny and his horde. Cluny attacks Redwall while Matthias is gone so he has to gain as many allies and get back to Redwall before Cluny can take it over. While Matthias is gone he has many great encounters. He meets up wit h a vegetarian cat, he talks with a owl, and to me the best part was when Matthias had to fight Asmodeus the Adder in a mine to get Martin the Warrior’s sword. You would like this book if you like adventure and action … BY: ERIC 6^th period
